Shake well before use.
Test product for any skin irritations on a small area of the skin prior to use.
Apply generously and evenly to clean, dry skin on all exposed areas at least 20 minutes before exposure to the sun or swimming. 
Re-apply at least every 2 hours, or more often when sweating and always re-apply after swimming or towel drying.

Q: I FIND IT HARD TO GET THE CREAM OUT OF THE 500G PUMP, WHAT DO I NEED TO BE DOING?
A: You need to pump enough times to get the cream into the pump, this can take up to 15-20 pumps then it should work fine as long as the lid is screwed on tightly.
