Camphor and menthol are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce mild rheumatic aches and pains. Camphor also helps relieve the symptoms of muscle sprain in traditional Western herbal medicine.

ADULTS: Cleanse, rinse and dry skin prior to application. Apply 5-7.5g Arthro-Aid Direct cream to affected areas and gently massage until the cream disappears.
Use three times daily.
