ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 5 YEARS:
Shake before each use.
For best results take 10-15 minutes apart from food, drinks and any other medication.
Hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and the nozzle between two fingers.
Remove cap and safety clip first.  Before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times.
Place tip of nozzles just past the nasal passage.
Pump once into each nostril.
Sniff deeply to spread the medical solution.

Clean tip of nozzle after each use and replace cap.
