How to apply
HOW TO REMOVE:
Shake well!
Take a cotton pad and saturate with REMOVER.
Place over eyes; hold for 10 seconds to let REMOVER work its magic!
Gently wipe away to remove WISPS* and BOND & SEAL*
Repeat as necessary until there is no more BOND & SEAL residue left.

HOW TO CLEAN & REUSE:
Place WISPS on a cotton pad or paper towel
Drop some REMOVER onto the WISPS. Let sit for 10 seconds
Saturate a cotton swab with REMOVER & work gently to wipe away any BOND & SEAL residue on the WISPS
Repeat until WISPS are clean and ready to be used again!
To store WISPS for reuse, open the holder and place WISPS inside
