Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free.
Apply adhesive onto desired area of skin. 
Wait approximately 30 seconds or until adhesive gets tacky. 
Firmly press and smooth garment into place.
To remove, gently lift garment off the skin.

IMPORTANT: Remove any residual adhesive on skin with a damp wash cloth or soap and water. Although highly unlikely, clean garment after each use to prevent any staining. Pretest delicate fabrics. Do not wear for more than 12 hours. Keep outer packaging for instructions and warnings.
