URGENT RECALL - Key Sun Kids Homeopathic Products

Key-Sun Laboratories, following agreement with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, is performing a recall for the above batches of Key Sun Kids Homeopathic Product, lozenge with integral application, because a small metal wire was identified in two lozenges by customers.

The wire likely became stuck in the lozenge during manufacturing. Out of precaution Key Sun is recalling all other batches of lozenges manufactured at the same facility during 2025.

No other batches of Key Sun Kids Homeopathic Products are affected by this recall.

If you have the above affected product batches, do not use it. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund or call our customer service line to arrange the return of affected product and a refund.

If a small metal wire is present, this could result in a child cutting their mouth. If any pieces of metal are swallowed by a child, this may result in damage to the digestive tract and present a choking hazard.
