ADULTS: 
Topical - Roll applicator in a small circle, dispensing a small amount of liquid onto pulse points such as the temples (close to the ear and away from the eyes), wrists and the back of the neck.
Massage gently into the skin. Up to three times daily as required.

Inhalation - Roll oil onto a tissue or handkerchief and inhale - take 2-3 deep breaths and continue to inhale occasionally as required. Repeat up to three times daily as required.
